An Action Oriented Business Coaching Program

Are You Stuck in Slow Growth Mode?

Let me help you break through barriers and reach the next level in your business

A focus on achieving business growth...

Hi, my name is Brett Romero.

I've been creating businesses since the mid 90s, including both funded and bootstrapped. I currently run Bitesize Business School and Steady Option Income, a financial subscription service. Besides teaching through courses, I also work one-on-one with business owners, helping them get their struggling business into growth mode.

Understanding where you are as a business owner and where you want to go is critical for shifting you into growth mode. Often, it's a matter of getting a completely new, outside perspective of your business.

The success rate of mentored small businesses compared to those without a mentor is stunning: 70 percent of mentored businesses survive more than five years, double the rate for non-mentored small businesses over that same period.

I’m going to help you get a win or two right now – before you read another word about business coaching with Bitesize Business School.

Here are some of the most common business growth problems I see, and what you can do right now to start seeing big changes in your business.

P: Too many products and projects.

S: Lack of focus is a big issue with small businesses. In fact, it can kill your business. When you are small, resources are always constrained. When you have lots of products and projects, each one gets only a small slice of your time and attention. Not nearly enough to make any one a superstar. Focus on what is working and aligning with your brand then shelve the rest.

P: Not hiring help.

S: You believe you can do it all. Wearing all hats and being jack of all trades. This is a recipe for disaster. It might work in the short term but if you want to grow, you'll have to release control. Many entrepreneurs have a hard time getting past this point. It's not easy, and it's much more difficult to do it on your own. To get around this, find someone you trust and talk to them about how to delegate tasks methodically. Start with small tasks and scale up from there.

P: Thinking too small.

S: Your goal may have started with generating $1,000 in revenue a month with two products. When is the last time you revisited your goals and updated your business model? The knowledge and experience that got you to one level isn't what will get you to the next. You need to be constantly be learning and stretching yourself. Goals are like a light in the distance showing you the way. As you get closer to your goal, you need to move it further out, making it bigger. This will keep you in a continual state of moving forward and challenging you to grow.

Did you notice a common thread throughout those solutions? Collaboration

Collaboration with a business coach is the smartest first step you can take when you're ready to shift into growth mode.

If you’re an entrepreneur -- and especially if you’re just starting out down that path -- collaboration isn’t just important, it is as important as the idea itself.

Where You Are Now

You've reached a point that you recognize there is a big problem in your business. Lots of work goes in and very little profit, if any, comes out. This situation is obviously not sustainable. But what's the fix?

Now that you know there is a problem and you are exploring solutions, you're definitely on the track to turning things around.

Where You Can Be

Your willingness to seek out a solution and help is the first step in setting your business up for success. I'd like to help you get there. Let's talk about what happens next.

Pairing up with a coach can help you identify root problems in your business. This can very difficult to  do on your own. Working together, we can not only identify problems but come up with solutions to move you past them.

Additionally, we'll work on your overall strategy for getting your business to a whole other level. Once there, you'll be more focused and clear on what needs to be done. Then you'll do it!

At this point, you won't be meandering and trying all sorts of tactics that only seem to fail. Instead, you'll simply tinker with the controls of your well-oiled machine. A little less here, a little more there. The end result is a profitable business that you're satisfied with and have the confidence to continue growing.
